Have you ever wondered why you get acne? There are some causes of acne that are serious and you must know the root of your problem to overcome the condition.

Acne can be caused by stress. Too many assignments sometimes make you depressed and it can cause acne trigger. The other cause is poor diet, sluggish digestion, improper liver function, bacteria, imbalance hormone, etc. Imbalance hormone is the main cause stated by experts.

According to them, the increasing androgen levels are the main cause of acne. Androgen is a name of hormone. The level of this hormone rises when a human gets into adolescent phase. At the period, the oil glands level increases due to the androgen rising levels. Excessive sebum can cause the breaking down cellular walls, causing bacteria to develop.

So, can acne be treated? Of course there are always cures for acne. There are a lot of treatments for acne. It depends on how severe and persistent the acne. There are many acne products offer different solution for different severe levels. Some products just focus on face cleansing but the causes of acne are internal. Suppose you have severe acne problem, you need to buy product which is able to overcome the problem from the inside, or perhaps we could call it intensive treatment.

Can it be prevented? When we know the cause of a problem, we certainly know how to prevent it. It is a great chance to know how to prevent it.

Some causes are internal and perhaps it is hard to avoid it but most of the causes of acne are external. So if we know them we can prevent ourselves from acne. There are some tips you can try for example avoid consuming too much fat. Keep your hands clean to avoid bacteria chance to enter the skin. As I mentioned before, sluggish digestion will trigger acne. You need to eat lots of fruits to help the digestion process. As an old verb says: “Prevention is better than cure”, it is better to prevent the acne than you spend some bucks to buy the products and treatments.
